that the Ontario Securities Commission cause the recommendations
in the Fair Dealing Model Concept Paper to be implemented, specifically:

- Statements should provide personalized performance measurement defined as rates of return over different time frames, of all the funds the investor has contributed to the account.
- An appropriate benchmark against which the performance can be measured.
- If the benchmark is a weighted average of individual benchmarks, the weights must be given.
- The benchmark returns must be given for the same periods as the performance measurement.
